I am writing to you on behalf of the European Network for Solidarity with Ukraine to convey our full support to your emergency campaign to save Azat Miftakhov from the abominable torture to which he has been subjected in the Kharp high security prison in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
We shall bring Azat’s appalling situation to the attention of our networks.
