Chers camarades du Sotsialnyi Rukh (Mouvement Social) ukrainien,

le centre politique Aplutsoc (Arguments Pour la Lutte Sociale) et le Club Politique Bastille, à l’occasion de votre congrès de ce samedi 17 septembre 2022 à K’yiv, vous adressent depuis la France leur salut le plus enthousiaste et fraternel.

Ce ne sont pas là des mots. Il faut que vous sachiez que votre existence, votre combat pour construire une représentation politique socialiste et démocratique du monde du travail en Ukraine, votre insertion dans la résistance armée et non armée à l’agression impérialiste russe visant à la destruction de votre pays et de votre nation, mais aussi votre engagement, votre jeunesse, la richesse des contributions politiques et théoriques que certains de vos animatrices et animateurs ont écrit depuis le 24 février 2022, sont pour nos groupes, et sans doute pour beaucoup d’autres, d’une valeur inestimable. Vous êtes l’avenir. Et pas que pour l’Ukraine.

Car le monde est entré dans une nouvelle période avec l’agression impérialiste généralisée du 24 février. Le « monde multipolaire » ou « multilatéral » de Poutine, Xi Jinping, Erdogan, Modi, Orban, Bachar el Assad ou Trump, c’est le monde du partage et du repartage impérialiste, des zones de soumission, des migrations forcées, de la guerre permanente, du réchauffement climatique, c’est la barbarie impérialiste, c’est la réaction sur toute la ligne.

Mais ce n’est pas l’ancien monde se prétendant démocratique, capitaliste et mondialisé, de Biden, de Liz Truss ou de Macron, qui le combat réellement. C’est vous, c’est la levée en masse des ukrainiennes et des ukrainiens pour affronter l’envahisseur rashiste. Avec le renversement du président corrompu en juillet par une insurrection populaire au Sri Lanka, l’auto-organisation de masse en Ukraine est le plus grand fait révolutionnaire, démocratique, prolétarien, socialiste au vrai sens du mot, mondial, de cette année 2022.

L’avenir de l’humanité ne peut plus être capitaliste et impérialiste. La voie la plus courte pour sauver l’avenir humain passe par la défaite militaire et politique de la Russie de Poutine.

L’internationalisme, c’est cela. Les héritiers de Zimmerwald ne sont ni les campistes qui soutiennent ouvertement ou honteusement la barbarie impérialiste de Poutine and co., ni les pacifistes qui voudraient désarmer les ukrainiens. Ce sont les partisans de l’armement et de l’auto-organisation de la nation ukrainienne, pour l’armement et l’auto-organisation des masses, l’union libre et le contrôle des moyens de production, dans tous les pays.

Pour ou contre votre combat, pour ou contre votre armement : sur cette ligne de clivage se séparent et se regroupent les vrais internationalistes d’une part, les partisans de l’ancien monde ou de la barbarie promise par son maintien, quelles que soient leurs phrases, d’autre part. Notre salut veut s’inscrire dans ce regroupement nouveau qui a commencé et qui doit aller de l’avant.

Vive le socialisme démocratique ukrainien et mondial !

Vive la révolution prolétarienne et démocratique du genre humain prenant son destin en main !

Greetings to the national congress of the Sotsialnyi Rukh on September 17, 2022


Dear comrades of the Ukrainian Sotsialnyi Rukh (Social Movement),

the Aplutsoc political center (Arguments Pour la Lutte Sociale) and the Bastille Political Club, on the occasion of your congress this Saturday, September 17, 2022 in K’yiv, send you from France their most enthusiastic and fraternal greetings.

These are not words. You must know that your existence, your struggle to build a socialist and democratic political representation of the working class in Ukraine, your involvement in armed and unarmed resistance to Russian imperialist aggression aimed at the destruction of your country and your nation, but also your commitment, your youth, the wealth of political and theoretical contributions that some of your organisers have written since February 24, 2022, are for our groups, and no doubt for many others, of a priceless. You are the future. And not just for Ukraine.

For the world has entered a new period with the generalized imperialist aggression of February 24. The « multipolar » or « multilateral » world of Putin, Xi Jinping, Erdogan, Modi, Orban, Bashar el Assad or Trump is the world of imperialist sharing and redistribution, zones of submission, forced migrations, permanent war, global warming, it’s imperialist barbarism, it’s reaction all the way.

But it is not the old world claiming to be democratic, capitalist and globalized, of Biden, Liz Truss or Macron, who are really fighting it. It’s you, it’s the mass uprising of Ukrainian men and women to confront the Rashist invader. With the overthrow of the corrupt president in July by a popular uprising in Sri Lanka, the mass self-organization in Ukraine is the greatest revolutionary, democratic, proletarian, socialist in the truest sense of the word, world event of this year 2022.

The future of humanity can no longer be capitalist and imperialist. The shortest way to save the human future is through the military and political defeat of Putin’s Russia.

This is internationalism. The heirs of Zimmerwald are neither the campists who openly or shamefully support the imperialist barbarism of Putin and co., nor the pacifists who would like to disarm the Ukrainians. They are the supporters of the arming and self-organization of the Ukrainian nation, for the arming and self-organization of the masses, the free union and the control of the means of production, in all countries.

For or against your fight, for or against your armament: on this dividing line separate and regroup the true internationalists on the one hand, the partisans of the old world or of the barbarism promised by its maintenance, whatever their sentences, on the other hand. Our greeting wants to be part of this new grouping which has begun and which must move forward.

Long live Ukrainian and world democratic socialism!

Long live the proletarian and democratic revolution of the human race taking its destiny into its own hands!
